Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Need more information?

What’s your return policy?

We don’t have a return policy but if you find an issue with a book or images you have received we will be more than happy to take a look and correct the issue.

Do you have customer service?

Please reach out to Tara or Kip if you need some customer service!

Do you shoot on holidays?

We have before.  It’s not out of the question and there might be additional fees depending on the situation.  All situations are not the same so please ask and we will make a determination to the best of our ability.

Can I get my Hold the Date Fee back?

Unfortunately, the deposit is a Hold the Date Fee. We typically hold this date in our calendars and busy lives in order to accommodate your day. In some cases we take time off from our main jobs to accommodate your day.   We also save the day so that other potential clients are unable to hire us on your day. This day is reserved just for you.  We typically do not refund the Hold the Date Fee, but again not every case is the same.

Can you edit out a stain on my shirt? Can you make me look younger? Can you edit out my Ex from this image?

We are Photoshop pros.  There are a ton of things our clients don’t realize we remove.  In most cases we can edit almost anything however there are limits to what we can do.  We would be happy to give it shot if you let us know.

Do you shoot boudoir/babies/families/cars/bands/products/food ect….?

Chances are we have shot these things but we typically do not list them on our site.  Our site is set up to attract our three most popular services but that does not mean we do not shoot other forms of photography. Please reach out to us for a phone consult.

How many images will I receive?

An eight hour wedding will usually yield close to 1000 images. We only hand over images we feel are good quality. There are exceptions. If you want to see all the images we can make arrangements for that. We try and remove images where clients are blinking or making an awkward face. On occasion some images are a little blurry and others might be too dark of to bright to be considered a “nice image”. We try and toss those out so our clients don’t have too.

How long will it take to get my images?

A wedding typically takes 6-8 weeks depending on how many hours the wedding was. Other types of shoot might have a faster turn around time.

Do you travel?

Yes, we love to travel and would love to shoot your destination wedding. Please reach out to us. Travel fees will apply outside Syracuse or Auburn NY.
